My stay was wonderful overall, with spacious and clean rooms that provided a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The staff was very attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, some dining options were lackluster, and I found the staff's approach to be a bit too persistent at times. The pool area was a lovely retreat on a hot day, but the location had its downsides, being a bit out of the way and surrounded by construction.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one side, the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a great option for relaxation. However, the service left much to be desired, especially regarding how they handled a significant issue we faced. The location is convenient, but be prepared for some challenges with the surrounding Tuk Tuk drivers. Dining was adequate but lacked variety. Overall, it's a decent choice for families but not without its issues.
